ADA/Accessibility Information

The concession stands and restaurants in the building have been designed with all guests in mind. Accessible countertops and bar counters are at a height that is comfortable for everyone.

Parking spaces for disabled guests are located in? on a first-come/first-serve basis. Parking spaces for disabled guests are located adjacent to all Cadence Bank Center buildings and are available on a first-come/first-serve basis. The vehicle must display a valid disabled parking placard or license plate.

Restrooms

All public restrooms are accessible to patrons with disabilities.

Service animals are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal to the building, please notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you. An animal relief area is provided in the Plaza area.

The Huntington Bank Expo provides wheelchair and companion seating with appropriate sight lines on all levels. Patrons purchasing accessible seating may purchase one (1) companion seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space.

Wheelchair accessible seating on the Garth Arena floor is typically available at the end of any row by asking an usher to remove the chair.
